What Members in Washington are Saying
Credit union members are raving fans. Here's what members in Washington have to say about their credit unions.
I have banked with numerous companies and somehow have always ended up being annoyed with them or frustrated at some process they have. These guys are an exception to that rule. I will never ever bank with anyone else, ever, so long as these guys exist. I have recruited friends and family. I have had personal loans with them. These guys always amaze me. The staff is very helpful and always as accommodating as possible. I never leave the branch or get off the phone feeling helpless. They seriously are the best thing since sliced bread (for banking).
My favorite credit union in Spokane. Super friendly and professional staff that actually care about their members. I've been a member here for 8 years now and have no plans on changing that anytime soon.
Even though we now live in another state we continue to get exceptional service from IQ Credit Union. We have our car loans, and our RV loan and it is always easy to contact someone. They are always responsive, and very quick to find a solution.
Always friendly, fast, and courteous. Great rates. Best bank around but it's not a bank it's a credit union. This credit union helped me build and refinance my home after it flooded and was destroyed in 2006. When no other bank would help.
