What Members in California are Saying

Credit union members are raving fans. Here's what members in California have to say about their credit unions.

When I switched, I immediately noticed a difference.

Love Pacific Service Credit Union! Have been using them for 13 years and am always happy with their customer service! I had Wells Fargo and Bank of America accounts in the past, but when I switch to this credit union I immediately noticed the difference. They are more personable and treat you right. If you’re at a big corporate bank, run! Switch to a credit union today!

These people bless and inspire me to no end.

It's hard to express how much one can love an institution. But these people bless and inspire me no end. I'm incredibly grateful for their principles of operation in this messed-up world and indebted to any number of their people for the ways in which they helped me personally.

Wouldn't switch banks for any reason.

Love going to this branch. My family has been going to this branch for about 5-6 years. The workers are always so nice and are always there when you need them. When they are busy they try their best to get through to everyone. Love this branch. I would not switch banks for no reason.

They offered a way lower interest rate.

I refinanced my car through FPCU and they made the entire process super easy! I did the entire thing over the phone and by email without ever having to step into the office. They also offered a way lower interest rate and a really inexpensive yet comprehensive extended warranty.
